High Protein PIZZA Recipe
The trick here to keeping crust healthy is to use a cauliflower base, blended in with your Magnum QUATTRO protein (gotta be the vanilla flavor!).

To protein pack your pizza even more, have a cooked chicken breast ready to go for the topping!

Instructions
Protein Pizza Crust
  1. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
  2. Blend the cauliflower pieces until they're small and almost puréed.
  3. Once cauliflower is blended place in paper towel or tea towel to drain excess water from cauliflower. This is important!!!
  4. Mix the cauliflower, Magnum Quattro and remainder of ingredients together.
  5. Spread out onto a perforated pizza pan.
Toppings
  1. Mix 5 tablespoons of Tomato sauce with 1 Tsp sea salt and add to the crust.
  2. Add your cheese. This is where your fat calories will come in, so be careful here -- use a food scale and realize how much you're getting!
  3. Cut up your onion, tomato, and sliced cooked chicken breast. Top them up.
  4. Bake at 400F for 15-20 Mins, until golden brown

Anyone knows me knows my favorite meal of choice for any cheat day is pizza!

I could literally eat it every single day and would never get tired of it! So I got to thinking, how can I create something that’s half the cals and fats with less carbs than the average zaa?

Well here ya go! And no it doesn’t taste like vanilla!

Chicken Topping

Note that for Heidi’s chicken, she keeps it spicy:

I pre-cooked my chicken with 4 tsp Frank’s Red Hot sauce, 1 tsp mustard, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1 package of Truvia sweetener.

You can of course do as you like, but remember, the goal is to keep protein high while moderating carbs and fat as your diet dictates… so get that chicken breast on your pizza!
