Protein Powder PIZZA crust?!
That’s right! This week, we’re teaming up with Heidi from Mrs. Cannon’s Baking, a Magnum Nutraceuticals athlete who uses their Magnum QUATTRO Protein Powder to make some fantastic and creative recipes!
Using a head of cauliflower and 3.5 scoops of protein powder, you can substitute a ton of carbs for protein, keeping your muscles toned and happy.
Follow along for the recipe, more notes below:
Anyone knows me knows my favorite meal of choice for any cheat day is pizza!
I could literally eat it every single day and would never get tired of it! So I got to thinking, how can I create something that’s half the cals and fats with less carbs than the average zaa?
Well here ya go! And no it doesn’t taste like vanilla!
Note that for Heidi’s chicken, she keeps it spicy:
I pre-cooked my chicken with 4 tsp Frank’s Red Hot sauce, 1 tsp mustard, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1 package of Truvia sweetener.
You can of course do as you like, but remember, the goal is to keep protein high while moderating carbs and fat as your diet dictates… so get that chicken breast on your pizza!
Thanks once again to Heidi and Magnum Nutraceuticals for this protein powder recipe!
