Ghost makes regular appearances here on the PricePlow Blog because they’re always up to something… legendary. Early in 2019, they launched Ghost Burn, which quickly became one of our favorite fat burners. It even earned second in PricePlow’s Top 10 Fat Burners of 2019. Ghost had some major launches last year and we expect them to continue for 2020.
Ghost Burn is a powdered fat burner, a category that is becoming more common in the industry as opposed to capsules. Powders allow for greater serving sizes of each ingredient and give users the option to customize how much they want to take according to their stimulant tolerance. Plus, it’s a drink mix, and many of us love to “drink our energy”.
Ghost Burn includes several ingredients that are known to boost your metabolism, reduce stress, and enhance energy expenditure. Along with a good nutrition plan, exercise, and sleep Ghost Burn will maximize your ability to burn fat and improve your body composition.
Ghost Piña Colada Joins Ghost Burn!
Getting a powder to taste good while using efficacious doses of high-quality ingredients can be a major challenge, especially with fat burners. You can virtually throw any ingredient into a capsule and not worry about taste at all. Drink powders, not so easy. But if there’s anyone that can make a fat burner enjoyable to drink, we have to put our money on Ghost!
Burn initially released in three flavors: Mango, Warheads Sour Green Apple and Warheads Sour Watermelon. Shortly after, Piña Colada joined the lineup but first only in Australia. Now, it’s available in the U.S so more people can try this fantastic flavor. Previously our favorite flavor was Sour Watermelon, but after one sip of Pina Colada, our minds were changed.
Before we explain what makes Pina Colada reign supreme out of all Ghost Burn’s flavors, be sure to subscribe to PricePlow’s Ghost Lifestyle news and deal alerts so you don’t miss another epic release!

Is Piña Colada the Best Flavor Yet?
Ghost Burn is known for being a little spicy because it uses Grains of Paradise, a spice known for its fat-burning effects by helping your body convert white adipose tissue (fat storage) to brown adipose tissue (energy usage). It’s a very effective ingredient, so Ghost of course made sure to include it. However, it also increases the difficulty of flavoring the product because it’s a spice!
If you’ve tried any other Ghost products, you’re well aware that they’re known for epic flavors and authentic collaborations with some of the biggest names outside of the supplement industry such as Warheads, Sonic, Chips Ahoy!, Welch’s Grape, Sour Patch Kids, and Swedish Fish. Therefore, Ghost is continuing to hold that high standard by spending months perfecting this flavor of Burn to make sure it would please even the toughest critics.
Ghost Burn Ingredients
Sure, Ghost Burn Pina Colada tastes great, but that’s not what makes this product one of our favorite fat burners. It’s the combination of effective ingredients backed by research and efficaciously dosed that really set this one apart from the rest, and it’s also enjoyable to drink.
Since this is a flavor review, we will briefly remind you what Ghost Burn’s formula has to offer. To see our full ingredient analysis, check out our original Ghost Burn blog post!

Ghost Piña Colada Takes the Burn Flavor Throne!
This is by far our favorite flavor of Ghost Burn, but it was a close race because the other flavors are delicious as well, especially Sour Warheads Watermelon. However, Pina Colada does the best job of working with the spicy kick that comes from the ingredients. It’s difficult to make fat burners enjoyable to drink, so we commend the Ghost team for creating another amazing product. In fact, we think Pina Colada should be used in more Ghost supplements like Legend and Amino. This is just too good of a flavor system to only use in one product!
We’re expecting Ghost to release even more Ghost Burn Flavors this year, but if you’re on the hunt for a fat burner, we highly suggest trying this out. Ghost also announced a limited-edition version of Ghost Burn, called Ghost Burn Black for 2020. It features a few additional ingredients that really make you sweat and help suppress your appetite even more.
