Each BOOM BOOM Ball contains:

  • Calories: 140
  • Fat: 8g
  • Carbs: 15g (3g fiber)
  • Protein: 4g

So while this isn’t the highest of protein recipes, you can design it to be full of healthy fats, and the carbs come from blended dried dates, so you’re getting some decent fiber alongside this too.

Thanks once again to Heidi and Magnum Nutraceuticals for this protein powder recipe – stay tuned because there’s more to come!
