Primeval Labs BIOS3 Xanix – Sweet Slumber

Primeval Labs BIOS3 Xanix

BIOS3 Xanix is an unconventional yet highly effective sleep aid from Primeval Labs that packs a solid dose of Humanofort.

Research shows that getting less than 7 hours of sleep each night can severely impact health, and worse yet, chronic sleep deprivation negatively affects insulin sensitivity (up to 30%), resulting in excess stored fat.[1] Suffice it to say, sleep is just as crucial as dieting and exercising.

The problem is, many of you reading this struggle to get quality sleep, yet don’t want to rely on pharmaceuticals or conventional sleep aids packed with phenibut that can be habit-forming. Fortunately, help is on the way courtesy of Primeval Labs.

The brand has created an incredibly effective, natural, and non-habit forming sleep aid in the wonderfully-named BIOS3 Xanix, which both improves your sleep and helps recharge a tired central nervous system.

BIOS3 Xanix Ingredients

Xanix maintains a slim profile containing some ingredients that you may not necessarily associate with improved recovery and better sleep. But put them all together, and you have quite the effective sleep aid.

  • L-Taurine (3g)

    Primeval Labs BIOS3 Xanix Ingredients

BIO3 Xanix contains an extremely unique profile that is significantly different than your typical cheap sleep aid that’s loaded with phenibut and melatonin.

Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid primarily stored in the brain, heart, and muscle that reduces cortisol levels and increases the production of GABA, the primary which is a major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the body. Basically, think of GABA as you “off” switch.

Additionally, taurine supports cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and immune system strength.[2] Taurine also combats obesity — a 7 weeks study conducted on humans noted that  3 grams of Taurine per day (the same dose included here!) resulted in significantly lower body weight.[3]

Another theory of ours (which isn’t proven by any means) is that the 3g of taurine here can help draw some water to your organs and away from your bladder – so you don’t have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night after using BIOS3 Xanix!

  • L-Tyrosine (2g)

Tyrosine is an amino acid predominantly seen in pre workouts or mental-boosting supplements, like Primeval’s Gray Matter, as a focus enhancer. The reason for that is Tyrosine elevates levels of catecholamine neurotransmitters including dopamine, norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and epinephrine (adrenaline).[4,5]

Research shows that increased levels of these neurotransmitters helps reduce stress.[6,7] As we all know, stress is the result of increased cortisol levels, which not only makes falling asleep incredibly difficult, but also affects your overall well-being and encourages fat loss. Including a hefty 2g of tyrosine keeps you feeling good and helps the worries of the day evaporate come nighttime.

  • Humanofort (200mg)

    Primeval Labs BIOS3 Xanix Hand

Xanix in hand, sweet slumber is only a few minutes away!

Primeval is sparing no expense here, as Humanofort is far from cheap and the dose used here is on the heavier side. This is what separates Xanix from all of the other cheap sleep aids on the market that are stuffed with melatonin and phenibut!

Humanofort is a one-of-a-kind embryonic-peptide supplement developed by a Romanian biotechnology company. It’s derived from chicken embryos using incredibly unique equipment, and potentially offers numerous health benefits including:

    • Increased lean muscle mass
    • Decreased fat mass
    • Improved immune function
    • Supports satellite cell proliferation[8]
    • Better sleep quality
    • Improves cholesterol levels[9]
    • Supports heart health[9]
  • L-Threonine (200mg)

Primeval Labs BIOS3 Xanix Jerry Ward

If it’s got Jerry’s seal of approval, you know it’s going to be great!

Threonine is yet another amino acid contained in Xanix; this one supports fat metabolism in the liver. It also aids the functioning of the digestive and intestinal tracts, helping them operate more smoothly.

As for what it’s doing in a sleep aid, epidemiological studies have established a link between sleep duration and proper lipid metabolism.[10] Meaning if you’re body isn’t properly metabolizing fats, it could impact the quality or length of your sleep. For this reason, Primeval Labs has included a solid 200mg dose of this essential amino acid.

  • 5-HTP (100mg)

5-HTP, short for 5-hydroxytryptophan, is a precursor to serotonin frequently used to provide a sense of euphoria and overall contentment. Having sufficient levels of serotonin leads to increased production of melatonin, and since 5-HTP is necessary for serotonin production, it stands to reason that supplementing with 5-HTP results in elevated melatonin levels. This ultimately leads to improved sleep due to proper circadian rhythms.

There’s more though! When consumed around bedtime, 5-HTP helps induce sleep and improve overall sleep quality.[11,12]

Flavors & Dosing

Primeval Labs BIOS3 Xanix Watermelon

Feeling stressed out? Xanix also doubles as a relaxant, simply take 1 scoop instead of 3 to help chill out during stressful times.

Who doesn’t love a tasty supplement right before bed?! BIOS3 Xanix comes in two flavors to lull you to sweet slumber: Pineapple Mango and Watermelon.

We’ve had both flavors of BIOS3 IntraCell 7, and these were actually the two best flavors — but the newer Pineapple Mango is in a league of its own!! That’s the one we are currently recommending, but that’s not to say Primeval’s watermelon flavors are bad, because they’re well above average too!

As for dosing, Primeval suggests consuming 3 scoops for sleep and 1 for anxiety.

More and more these days, sleep aids are relying more and more on addictive, habit-forming ingredients like phenibut. Xanix provides a novel approach to the conventional sleep aid that makes it incredibly effective yet non-habit forming. Ultimately, Xanix will help you get a deeper, better sleep and help recharge a worn out CNS.
