• L-Citrulline (6,000mg): Citrulline is a widely used nitric oxide (NO) boosting compound in supplements due to its safety, affordability, and effectiveness. Despite arginine being a more direct precursor to NO, citrulline is preferred because it is more easily absorbed by the body. By enhancing NO production, citrulline induces vasodilation, expanding blood vessels and leading to better circulation, lower heart rate, and reduced blood pressure.
• Beta-Alanine (3,200mg): Beta-alanine is a popular performance-enhancing supplement that improves athletic performance by combining with L-histidine to create carnosine, a molecule aiding in lactic acid removal from muscles. This is vital because lactic acid buildup leads to muscular fatigue, and quicker elimination of it prolongs athletic efforts. Beta-alanine, the precursor to carnosine, is chosen due to better bioavailability and the scarcity of histidine in the body.

That Feel Good Energy Blend

• L-Tyrosine (2,000mg): Tyrosine is a valuable supplement for two main purposes. Firstly, it supports thyroid function by serving as a precursor to the body’s primary thyroid hormones, T3 and T4, which is particularly important for athletes and bodybuilders due to the potential impact of intense exercise and caloric restriction on thyroid activity.

  Secondly, tyrosine acts as a precursor to significant neurotransmitters like dopamine, adrenaline, and noradrenaline. Increased levels of these neurotransmitters can enhance mental clarity, focus, and motivation, with the added benefit of potentially aiding fat burning.

  Additionally, caffeine accelerates cellular metabolism by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, which breaks down cAMP, a messenger molecule that signals cells to utilize glucose and fatty acids for energy. This heightened metabolism leads to increased calorie burning.



• Dicaffeine Malate (75g yielding 55mg of caffeine of 35mmg total yield): Dicaffeine malate and caffeine anhydrous have comparable effects. However, the key difference is in the buffering of caffeine in dicaffeine malate with malic acid, leading to a slower metabolic rate compared to anhydrous caffeine. This results in dicaffeine malate acting as a gradual and sustained caffeine source, in contrast to the rapid effect of anhydrous caffeine. The combination of these two caffeine forms aims to provide a smoother and longer-lasting increase in caffeine levels, minimizing the risk of a sudden crash after the initial stimulation.

Burn That FCKN Fat Blend

• Metabolyte (1,500mg): The new ingredient introduced to us in Outlift Burn, Metabolyte is suggested to promote metabolic flexibility, enabling the body to switch between glucose and fat oxidation. It’s considered a unique “fat burning electrolyte”. While research shows promise in muscular endurance and glucose reduction, more information is needed to determine effective doses.
• Hemerocallis fulva (flower) extract (200mg): Hemerocallis fulva, also known as orange day lily, acts as a synergistic fat burner. While it doesn’t possess standalone fat-burning effects, it can substantially enhance lipolysis when combined with phosphodiesterase inhibitors. In Nutrex Outlift Burn, caffeine and theobromine serve as significant phosphodiesterase inhibitors, which aligns well with the inclusion of Hemerocallis.
• Cocoabuterol (100mg): Cocoabuterol is a cocoa plant extract standardized to 50% cocoa alkaloids by weight. These alkaloids offer appetite suppression, increased energy, heightened thermogenesis, and mood enhancement. Theobromine, a significant alkaloid, resembles caffeine’s effects by inhibiting phosphodiesterase and adenosine, boosting energy and metabolic rate.
• CaloriBurn GP (40mg): CaloriBurn GP from NNB Nutrition is an extract of Aframomum melegueta, known as grains of paradise, standardized for 6-paradol, a phenolic ketone. This ingredient increases the activity of brown adipose tissue (BAT), as evidenced by animal studies demonstrating its thermogenic activation. Elevated BAT activity leads to a faster metabolism, enhanced calorie burning, and potentially faster weight loss.


NNB Nutrition’s CaloriBurn GP has 12.5% 6-Paradol, but uses pure grains of paradise to keep all of the active constituents.

• GBBGO (30mg): Gamma-butyrobetaine (GBB) is a precursor to carnitine, converted by an enzyme called gamma-butyrobetaine dioxygenase. GBB, even with existing carnitine in Nutrex Outlift Burn, synergistically maintains elevated blood carnitine levels, impacting chemical equilibrium.
• Rauwolfia vomitoria extract (1.5mg): Rauwolscine, also known as alpha yohimbine, is an alkaloid found in Rauwolfia plant extract and shares a similar mechanism of action with yohimbine, stimulating adrenaline and noradrenaline receptors as an alpha-2 antagonist. This leads to appetite suppression, accelerated weight loss, and improved focus.

• BioPerine (5mg): Piperine, the main constituent of BioPerine black pepper extract, acts as a bioavailability enhancer by inhibiting enzymes that break down nutrients in the stomach, allowing for better absorption of ingredients in Nutrex Outlift Burn, and it also serves as an antioxidant, improves insulin sensitivity, and helps prevent fatty liver.
