When GHOST Energy Cherry Limeade was released late last year, it was a smash hit. While it wasn’t a collaboration, one of GHOST’s trademark strategies, Cherry Limeade has come in as one of our personal top flavors for GHOST Energy.

GHOST LEGEND ALL OUT

• LEGEND ALL OUT combines two citrulline (6000mg) ingredients: vegan fermented L-citrulline and NO3-T citrulline nitrate, resulting in a total of six grams of citrulline. Citrulline is an amino acid that boosts nitric oxide (NO) production, leading to vasorelaxation. A 6-gram dose of citrulline has been proven to enhance athletic performance and oxygen uptake.
• Beta alanine (3200mg) is an amino acid commonly found in pre-workout supplements, aiding in muscle buffering by increasing carnosine levels. Meta-analyses have shown that beta alanine supplementation enhances exercise performance for activities lasting from 30 seconds to 10 minutes, with the overall conclusion being a significant ergogenic effect on exercise.
• Betaine anhydrous (2500mg), also known as trimethylglycine, is a popular pre-workout ingredient that serves multiple purposes. It acts as a methyl donor for essential body processes and functions as an osmolyte, supporting improved water balance and cellular hydration.

GHOST Smart Energy

• L-Tyrosine (2000mg), an amino acid, is doubled from the standard dose in LEGEND, aiming to enhance focus, energy levels, and performance by supporting the production of neurotransmitters like dopamine and noradrenaline, which have been shown to mitigate stress and improve performance in military research.
• Alpha-GPC (600mg) is a highly-bioavailable form of choline, essential for cell membrane integrity and the precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter supporting learning and memory. Studies demonstrate that a 600 milligram dose of Alpha-GPC can lead to improved leg strength, increased post-exercise serum growth hormone levels, and enhanced lower body force production.

  LEGEND ALL OUT contains a high caffeine yield of 400 milligrams, catering to their customer base’s desire for more caffeine. In addition to caffeine anhydrous, the pre-workout utilizes zumXR Extended Release Caffeine and theobromine to prolong the energy effects, making it important to avoid taking it close to bedtime. Due to the large caffeine dose, it is recommended for experienced users and beginners are advised to start with half a scoop or try the original LEGEND first to assess their caffeine tolerance.

• Theobromine (100mg), a metabolite of caffeine, belongs to the methylxanthine class and provides milder and longer-lasting effects compared to caffeine, providing a smoothing effect to the formula.
• Bitter orange fruit extract (60mg), also known as citrus aurantium, contains various metabolites and flavonoids with metabolic benefits, including phenylethylamine alkaloids that enhance metabolic rate and energy expenditure. While the specific standardization of GHOST’s bitter orange is not mentioned, its inclusion in pre-workout supplements suggests it is likely geared towards improving energy and metabolic rate.

GHOST Absorption

• AstraGin (50mg), a popular ingredient from NuLiv Science, enhances the absorption of the formula by increasing the uptake of amino acids and vitamins, including L-citrulline, through its extraction from astragalus and ginseng compounds known as astragalosides and ginsenosides, respectively.
