GHOST Hydration x Sonic Ocean Water Flavored Stick Packs

GHOST Lifestyle Hydration Sonic Ocean Water Stick Packs

Last month, the big GHOST news was the upgraded formula of Burn, which now includes double the tyrosine, MitoBurn, natural caffeine, and CapsiAtra. All in all, the fat-burning formula got some major upgrades, in addition to two new flavors: Kiwi Strawberry and Guava Berry.

This month, we’re getting another new flavor, and this time, it’s coming from one of GHOST’s most popular collaborations.

GHOST Hydration x Sonic Ocean Water

Hydration is GHOST’s all-in-one hydrating supplement, originally launched back in 2022. It’s not just electrolytes – with ingredients like taurine, and Senactiv, it provides a more holistic approach towards achieving proper hydration. Shortly after the release of Hydration, the formula was released in a stick pack format with Sour Patch Kids flavors.

Now, we have another stick pack collaboration flavor: Sonic Ocean Water. It’s the perfect refreshing, cool taste for the warmer weather rapidly approaching.

We’re going to dive into a little summary on how GHOST Hydration works, but first, let’s check PricePlow for good GHOST deals, and check out our video review of the new flavor:

A collab that continues to bear fruit

Ocean Water isn’t the first Sonic flavor that has been released for Hydration Sticks. Last year, GHOST released Sonic Cherry Limeade and Lemon Crush, which were massive hits – as collab flavors with the famous drive-in fast food chain often are. Sonic and GHOST have a long and fruitful history of working together, and they continually release classic, refreshing flavors for GHOST athletes to enjoy with their supplements.

Ocean Water is a unique flavor. It has hints of coconut and sprite, but that doesn’t quite capture the entire flavor profile. Whatever the flavor truly is, it certainly hits the spot after a high-exertion workout.
