We can always count on RAW Nutrition to deliver. Chris Bumstead and the team at RAW have things dialed in to a point where every time we look, they’re releasing another new, groundbreaking formula. Last month, the brand released CBUM Mass Gainer, which packs a staggering 1,070 calories per serving.
And while all of the attention on this month’s drop has been on the new CBUM Essential Charged Pre-Workout, RAW is also showing Thavage some love with a refreshing flavor poised to become a hit as the summer heat rolls in.
CBUM Thavage: Lemonade!
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of pre-workouts available on the market, with all claiming to provide the best energy, the best pump, and the best strength benefits. While we haven’t tried all of them, Thavage is certainly in the upper echelon of pre-workouts. With powerful, clinical doses of ingredients like citrulline, betaine, tyrosine, agmatine, and caffeine, it’s become a standard-bearer for what it means to get that pre-workout edge.
Another element that sets Thavage apart is its flavoring. The formula has a lot of ingredients, and as any formulator will tell you, it’s difficult to flavor past so many ingredients to create a delicious, authentic taste that you’d enjoy on its own – without the stimulation of a pre-workout.
RAW has risen to meet this challenge time and time again, and they’re back for another round. This new Lemonade flavor is self-explanatory, and just in time for the oppressive summer heat. Cooling and refreshing, Lemonade is just what you need to shrug off the lethargy and hit some new PRs.
We’re going to dive into a little summary on how CBUM Thavage works, but first, let’s check PricePlow for good RAW deals, and check out our video review of the new flavor:

The Perfect Pre-Workout?
You’d be hard-pressed to find a better high-end pre-workout than Thavage. While it doesn’t have the most citrulline, or the most caffeine, it is a perfect moderate pre-workout at the mid-level price range that covers all of the bases: strength, endurance, pumps, energy, and focus.
Better yet, it’s unlikely you’ll ever get bored, because RAW routinely releases excellent new flavors. So sit back, sip on some Lemonade Thavage, and – do the opposite of relax.
