AP Prime Bites – How It Works

• Collagen Hydrolysate: Collagen serves as the structural foundation of skin (roughly 80%) and other tissues. Its unique triple helix molecule structure contributes to flexibility and elasticity. Since modern diets are often deficient in collagen-rich cuts of meat, consumers may benefit from collagen supplementation, as recent research has shown it enhances joint and connective tissue health, improves hair, skin, and nails, and supports cardiovascular health.
• Whey Concentrate and Isolate: Whey protein has remained a popular choice in the supplement industry due to its high bioavailability, fast-acting nature, and abundance of essential amino acids, making it advantageous for exercise recovery and muscle growth. AP Prime Bites include both whey concentrate and whey isolate, with the primary distinction being the level of filtration and protein purity. It goes without saying, individuals with dairy sensitivities should tread more carefully.
