Olympus Labs Test1fy: Revolutionary Testosterone Booster

Olympus Labs Test1fy

Olympus Labs has released an updated version of their revolutionary testosterone booster in Test1fy. Now it’s in capsule form instead of powder.

Note: This post has been updated to reflect the changes in the updated version of Test1fy, formerly known as Test1fy Pro. It’s now in capsule form and has had a bit of the powder removed.

Testosterone boosters are one of the most confusing and over-hyped product categories on the market. So often, you’ll see outrageous claims plastered on the sides of bottles promoting unrealistic effects from natural substances.

While there are natural ingredients out there that help increase your anabolic hormone output, the vast majority of these products are underdosed or simply won’t lead to actual muscle gains.

Olympus Labs Takes on Testosterone with Test1fy

Fed up with the state of test boosters on the market, Olympus Labs has officially put the market on notice. Their latest product, Test1fy, is the ultimate natural solution when you’re looking for the last bit of help to really push to a new level of muscle and manliness.

Test1fy Ingredients

Olympus Labs has nothing to hide behind here – they’ve fully disclosed each ingredient included to help improve your testosterone levels and boost your libido.

In this new version, in switching from the Test1fy Pro powder to Test1fy capsules, they’ve made a huge upgrade in the Ashwagandha department by opting to include KSM-66® over the unbranded form.

Note: Following is the updated label of Test1fy that reflects the dosages listed on the capsule form.

  • All Mechanism Increase

    • Anacyclus Pyrethrum (3.2g)

      Olympus Labs Test1fy Update Ingredients

Test1fy has removed a few of the larger actives and incorporated the trademarked KSM-66 Ashwagandra Extract in the new version.

Anacyclus pyrethrum, also known as Akarkara, is an Aphrodisiac herb widely used in Ayurveda to improve male vitality and virility. It’s been shown in several animal trials to be a potent libido booster that not only increases the frequency but also erectile quality as well.[1]

Furthermore, this herb also increases testosterone luteinizing hormone by stimulating the hypothalamus.[2]

Anecdotally, this is one of those ingredients that’s been either hit or miss with men. If you’re a non-responder, you won’t notice much of anything, but for those out there who have taken to it, they absolutely LOVE this ingredient.

Reported effects include increased vascularity, hunger and muscle definition. Some even report greater endurance and quicker recovery following intense workouts. So this could be a great ingredient if you do indeed respond to it, if not, there’s plenty more to come that will definitely help you!

Haven’t tried anacyclus yet? Get in here!

Given that anacyclus takes up the majority of Test1fy’s ingredients, it really all comes down to how you respond to it. If you haven’t tried it yet, now might be the time – it’s been underrated for years, and now it’s got an even better supporting cast:

    • KSM-66® Ashwagandha Root (675mg)

Here’s the biggest ingredient swap between the powder form and the new encapsulated form of Test1fy. The original powder version had 5g of Ashwagandha standardized for 1.5% Withanolides.

However, the swap to the patented form of Ashwagandha, KSM-66®, is a much higher quality extract that’s standardized for 5% Withanolides. Basically, you’ll get a much larger dose of the sought after actives in a much smaller dose of the parent compound.

In terms of effects, Ashwagandha is another widely popular Ayurvedic herb best known as a powerful adaptogen that helps the body deal with various physical, emotional, and psychological stressors. That’s not all though.

Ashwagandha also improves semen quality by increasing serum levels of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) Testosterone, while simultaneously decreasing levels of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH).[3]

Furthermore, ashwagandha reduces cortisol levels in the body.[4] Cortisol is incredibly catabolic and having chronically elevated levels can put a serious dent in testosterone production and inhibit anabolism. So, to maximize test production, you want to make sure to keep cortisol in check.

    • LJ100® (100mg)

LJ100® is the first commercially-trusted, and scientifically validated, Eurycoma Longifolia (Tongkat Ali) extract. It’s a verified 100:1 standardization of Longjack to 40% Glyco Saponins, 28% Eurypeptides, 30% Polysacharides, and Eurycomanone.

      LJ100

LJ100 is the ONLY type of Longjack extract you want in a product. It’s the only clinically validated longjack extract proven to work.

LJ100® was originally created out of necessity by HP Ingredients[5] to combat the egregious number of poor quality longjack extracts that were prevalent throughout the test booster market.

Studies using LJ100® demonstrate a number of benefits including: enhanced body composition, hormone regulation, and sexual health.[6,7,8] If you’re going to use any kind of Longjack extract, make sure it’s LJ100®!

You can read more about this in our LJ100 post, or in our more general tongkat ali post, where we cover more research.

    • Vitamin D3 (3,332IU)

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin heavily involved with bone health as well as supporting a healthy mood. It’s also one of the vitamins people are notoriously deficient in due to not spending enough time out in the sun.[9,10]

As far as its role in a test booster, Vitamin D improves sleep quality[11], which indirectly helps increase GH production as well as a bevvy of other anabolic hormones, since the majority of hormone production occurs during sleep.

      Is this a large dosage?
      Humping & Pumping

Take it from the man himself. Test1fy will definitely have you pumping and humping with the best of them.

Yes, but it’s not too large. We normally suggest ~5,000IUs supplementally, but never go over 10,000IU. This is doubly true if your multivitamin already has some, so check on it.

Reason being, 20,000IU has been associated with toxicity,[18] but 10,000IU does not appear to do so.[19]

So, 3,332IU plus your multivitamin and diet should definitely help you out – especially during the winter or if you don’t live in a sunny area.

  • Aromatase Inhibition

    • Abieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid (103mg)

Abieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid, better known as Dehydroabietic Acid (DHAA), is a potent aromatase inhibitor (AI) that can indirectly boost testosterone levels by keeping estrogen formation at bay.[11,12]

AI’s bind to the aromatase enzyme in the body preventing it from binding to its associated receptor site. This inhibition prevents the body from converting testosterone into estrogen.

The end result is a bit more testosterone and less estrogen, and any extra T we can get, we’ll gladly take!

  • Homeostatic Optimization Matrix

    • Mucuna Pruriens (500mg)

      Ashwagandha significantly reduces cortisol

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that helps lower cortisol in addition to improving VO2 Max.

Mucuna pruriens is most frequently used as a stress and cortisol reducers,[13,14] but that’s only part of the magic this potent herb performs.

Mucuna pruriens has been shown in clinical trials to reduce prolactin levels in the body.[15] This same research also found that mucuna pruriens significantly increased luteinizing hormone and testosterone levels as well as improving sperm count and motility.

  • Androgen Potentiation

    • FruiteX-B® (500mg)

FuiteX-B® is a highly bioavailable, plant-based form of boron called calcium fructoborate. It’s found naturally in many fruits, vegetables, and other various foods. Clinical research surrounding calcium fructoborate found that using just 6 mg of FruiteX-B® increased in levels of Vitamin D, DHEA, and Free Testosterone.[16]

FruiteX-B® has also been shown to benefit those with achy joints. A double-blind, placebo-controlled study using FruiteX-B® found that patients with osteoarthritis symptoms experienced beneficial effects on the inflammatory markers and lipid profiles.[17]

  • Absorption Optimization

    • BioPerine® (10mg)

Let Olympus Labs and their line of top quality products take your from normal to demigod!

Let Olympus Labs and their line of top quality products take your from normal to demigod!

To ensure that you get every milligram worth of testosterone-boosting goodness, Olympus Labs included 10mg of the patented black pepper extract, BioPerine®. This enhances the absorption of other ingredients by preventing their premature breakdown in the stomach.

There are some notable removals from this updated version however. You’ll no longer find Forskolin, Tribulus Alatus, Potassium Nitrate, Maca Root, and Pomegranate.

Dosing

Each serving of Test1fy consists of eight, capsules to get these monstrous doses. Don’t worry, each bottle still contains an entire month’s worth, i.e. 30 days.

The switch from powder to capsules was due to the taste issues of the former Test1fy Pro. Even for experienced supplement veterans who were mixing that herb-loaded powder into chocolate protein, it was just a bit too much. This is why Olympus Labs kept as much as possible, and to do that, it requires eight caps per day.

Takeaway

Holy crap. There’s really not much else to say except that someone’s gotta try this stuff ASAP and report back with how it feels. There’s simply nothing on the market just like this. Nothing! Similar to TR1UMPH, it’s just loaded with stuff we love that normally needs to be manually concocted together.

Test1fy takes off where TR1UMPH and everything else listed in our next-gen muscle building supplements article leaves off.

When you see most of the testosterone boosting supplements on the market, it’s best to simply leave them on the shelf at this point… unless you come across this Test1fy from Olympus Labs. Not only is everything clearly spelled out for you, but there’s no pixie-dusting of “magical” ingredients here. This stuff seems to be the real deal, and at this stage of the game, it’s going to be difficult for a natural product to get much stronger.

Dayam.
