This new flavor made in conjunction with Sour Patch Kids is Strawberry Lemonade, A flavor more fitting for the suffocating summer heat.

Ghost Legend – How It Works

Each 14 gram scoop of Ghost Legend contains the following ingredients:

• L-citrulline (4,000mg) is a non-essential amino acid known for its ability to increase nitric oxide production, enhance blood flow and boost physical performance. L-citrulline also aids in removing harmful ammonia from the body, potentially reducing fatigue.
• Beta-alanine (3,200mg), the source of the famous tingling sensation (paresthesia) in many pre-workouts. Beta-alanine is an amino acid that increases intramuscular carnosine, which helps buffer lactic acid build-up in the muscles during intense exercise, thus enhancing endurance.

• Nitrosigine (1,500mg), a patented ingredient from Nutrition21, is known for its robust nitric oxide-boosting properties and improved bioavailability over standard L-arginine. Besides enhancing blood flow and nitric oxide production, Nitrosigine also offers cognitive benefits, shown to boost perceived energy levels, focus, cognitive flexibility, and even prevent cognitive decline after strenuous exercise.



• VitaCholine (500mg), a B vitamin essential for cellular membrane maintenance and acetylcholine synthesis, is used in Legend V3 as a nootropic ingredient to boost focus, learning, and memory consolidation. The supplement features VitaCholine, a 100% L+choline form known for its high bioavailability, replacing Alpha-GPC from earlier versions.
