New product incoming

Ghost Lifestyle is bringing a new product to market – and although we’re not really allowed to tell you anything about it yet, Ghost is calling it the “cherry on top” for one of their most popular lines. The Ghost creative team put a ton of effort into dialing in the flavors and aesthetics on this one, and it looks absolutely sick.

Don’t forget about Ghost Hydration – it’s also coming

There’s a Ghost Hydration mix coming too – available in bulk powder or individual serving packets. Stay tuned as more updates come on that one, and we’ll have the Ghost Hydration article linked above updated when labels leak.

That’s two big product categories to watch from Ghost, but the most important news comes next:

Ghost Multivitamin upgrades

Ghost Multi Returning

Ghost Multi is coming back, and back for good

Maybe the biggest announcement in this episode is that Ghost MultiGhost Lifestyle’s Multivitamin — is coming back with a slightly updated new formula. Dan Lourenco, Ghost founder and CEO, exclaimed that he never imagined a multivitamin would be so popular, and they simply couldn’t keep it in stock.

The biggest obstacle to re-releasing the multi has been global supply chain issues, which are currently affecting the whole industry, but the Ghost team is promising us that this time, the Ghost Multi is back for good.

But before bringing it back, they’re making some upgrades:

  • PureWay-C is in

Ghost Multi “version 2.0” will have PureWay-C, a more bioavailable form of vitamin C. Easier for your body to absorb, easier for your body to retain. More coverage on this will come when the final labels are out and we update our Ghost Multi article linked above.

The addition of Pureway-C takes the total number of branded ingredients in the Ghost multivitamin to nine, which includes several chelated minerals from Albion’s The Real Amino Acid Chelate System (TRAACS), BioPerine, which massively increases the absorption of every other ingredient, and a full-spectrum complex of vitamin E.

  • PhytoServ is out

    Ghost Multi Hype

Get in your daily micronutrient targets with Ghost Multi!

Unfortunately, PhytoServ has been removed – this is a veggie powder blend, and while cool, it was only 120 milligrams worth and was making the product difficult to manufacture (on top of adding to supply chain issues).

  • Lutemax 2020 is still in (and still impressive)

Dan reminds us of Lutemax 2020, an award-winning marigold extract that contains three carotenoids for eye health: lutein, RR-zeaxanthin, and RS-zeaxanthin. This was originally tested in Ghost Gamer, but it’s a fat-soluble ingredient that floated to the top of the drink and “browned” the color a bit.

Because of the above, Lutemax 2020 works better in a capsule, and is best taken every day anyway, so Ghost Multi was the place to put it.

Overall, that’s a pretty impressive level of effort and attention to detail for a multivitamin. When it’s available, it’ll be shown below:

Ghost Energy Orange Cream

A closeup look at 2021’s latest and greatest from Ghost

Ghost also kicked off the year by releasing their Orange Cream flavor of Ghost Energy, along with their WARHEADS Sour Black Cherry flavor of their enhanced powdered fat burner that’s found in GNCs, Ghost Burn Black. In addition to the products we’ve announced above, they’ve got even more coming down the pipe for later this year, including a restock of their protein powders.

Alphaland opening in Houston

The Ghost team also threw us some footage of their trip to the New Year’s Day grand opening of Alphaland fitness in Houston, TX. You definitely won’t want to miss that, especially if you’re anywhere near that area.

Watch for the special shoutout from Alphaland owner Christian Guzman to the whole Ghost team, thanking them for the support they showed him every step of the way as he built his new gym.

We covered Guzman plenty in 2021, with three limited-edition collaborations with Ghost that you can find in our Christian Guzman tag page.

Congrats to Ricky!

And Ghost Lifestyle team member Ricky just had a baby – so congratulations Ricky! Get some sleep brother!

Long story short, it’s gonna be a big year at Ghost, and we’re hoping the Ghost Multi drop is sooner than later.
