Glaxon Super Greens Dino Fruit: Pluot Flavor Back for Earth Day 2023

Glaxon has been in the market for more than three years, having set itself apart with its innovative and daring formulations. Last month, we got Specimen Genesis, which evolved the Specimen pre-workout formula with the addition of exogenous ketones. As if that wasn’t enough, we got an updated Plasm Surge formula to take pumps even further.

Glaxon Super Greens Dino Fruit

What’s Dino Fruit?! It’s Pluot, sometimes known as “Plumpricot”, and it’s as good as it is unique!

Glaxon’s notoriety doesn’t stop at formulations – they’ve become well-known in the industry for chemistry-defyingly good flavors, including in their greens supplement, Super Greens.

And one of our favorite flavors of Super Greens, Dino Fruit, is back in stock in celebration of Earth Day 2023!

Delicious greens? Surely not!

We know what you’re thinking: there’s no way a greens powder can actually be a pleasure to drink. After all, it’s filled with a bunch of green cow food! But if that’s your way of thinking, it’s time to try newer greens powders again. They recently did it with their Pink Lady flavor, and they’ve done it again here:

An Earth Day Celebration: Dino Fruit

The Dino Fruit flavor was originally released back in 2021, and we described it then “as if an apricot and a plum had a baby”. As Joey Savage (Glaxon’s formulator / chief science officer) told us in Episode #090 of the PricePlow Podcast, this is a pluot flavor! It’s certainly an interesting combination, and it works well.

Unfortunately, it’s been out of stock for a while, so apparently it worked too well. Fortunately, on Earth Day, Glaxon is restocking the prehistoric flavor!

We’re going to dive into a little summary on how Glaxon Super Greens works, but first, let’s check the PricePlow for good Glaxon deals, and check out our video review of the flavor:

Glaxon Super Greens – How It Works

The full analysis is in our article titled Glaxon Super Greens Boost Your Health and Performance, but let’s quickly break it down here:

Glaxon Super Greens Dino Fruit Ingredients

  • Acacia fiber (2.5g) is a type of soluble and prebiotic fiber that serves as the primary source of fiber in Super Greens. Prebiotic fiber is known to have several advantages, including the promotion of beneficial bacteria growth, enhancing immune system functionality, and reducing the risk of allergies.
  • The Green Balance Alkalizing Blend (1g) from Nature’s Power Nutraceuticals is composed of various ingredients rich in chlorophyll, including oatgrass, wheatgrass, alfalfa grass, kale, spirulina, and chlorella. Chlorophyll can neutralize free radicals and mitigate lactic acid, leading to better performance.
  • Watermelon powder (500mg) is packed with citrulline, which is enhanced when combined with watermelon, resulting in a quicker recovery period. Watermelon is also a source of vitamins C and A, which have anti-inflammatory properties that contribute to better overall performance and health.
  • The Supershroom mushroom blend (1g) provides prebiotic fiber and can enhance performance in multiple ways. Taken alongside acacia fiber, they can enhance gut health and boost immunity by reducing pathogens. In addition, the blend’s mushrooms have been linked to improved performance and faster recovery, but it requires prolonged and consistent usage to observe noticeable benefits.

There are several fruit sources in Super Greens, including BettaBerries (500mg), a blend that includes berries such as AcaiVida, acerola, goji, pomegranate, and others. Berries are renowned for their numerous health benefits as they are rich in antioxidants that can help to prevent free radical damage, inflammation, and enhance our lipid and glycemic response.
  • CherryPure (500mg), also known as Montmorency tart cherry powder, is recognized for its elevated levels of vitamin C and anthocyanins. It possesses unique mechanisms that help in recovery. Research has demonstrated that CherryPure can alleviate muscle soreness and markers of muscle breakdown, as well as enhance performance by reducing cortisol response and pro-inflammatory markers.
  • Organic Apple (Malus Domestica) [Fruit] Juice Powder (500mg) is more than just an apple-flavored additive. The brand surpasses basic flavoring systems by including dehydrated powder from apple juice in their product.
  • Glaxon Super Greens Dino FruitAshwagandha (100mg) assists the body in dealing with stress by regulating physiological processes during times of excessive strain and tension. Studies have shown that ashwagandha provides other benefits, such as anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, memory-enhancing, hematopoietic, sleep-inducing, and anxiolytic properties.
  • A plant digestive enzyme blend (50mg) to assist in proper digestion and nutrient absorption. The blend is composed of several enzymes that target specific substrates such as carbohydrates, cellulose, hemicellulose, sucrose, beta-glucans, alpha-galactose groups, and glycolipids. These enzymes aid in the breakdown of these substrates and facilitate optimal digestion and absorption of nutrients.
  • Sodium copper chlorophyllin (25mg) is a rare ingredient in supplements due to its distinctive properties. Chlorophyll is known to assist in the regeneration and repair of red blood cells, which is crucial for optimal performance.
  • Black pepper extract (5mg), in the form of Bioperine, is included in Super Greens to enhance nutrient absorption and bioavailability. Bioperine contains 95% or more piperine, which impedes the breakdown of nutrients and supplements in the body by enzymes.

    Delicious Greens Tonic

Pluots are proof that Mother Nature has a sense of humor – she took two completely different fruits and mashed them together to create a sweet and succulent masterpiece. And as we all know, Glaxon has a sense of humor too!

We’re not going to pretend to understand the witchery involved in the Glaxon flavoring process – we’re just here for the end result: a greens powder you can actually look forward to drinking. Perhaps even sipping, instead of chugging to avoid the aftertaste.

The team certainly can’t be accused of being dull. They’re vibrant and a bit chaotic, right down to their labels. But behind that facade is a very real, serious attention to details.

Glaxon has mastered the twin pillars of athletic supplement design: formula and flavors. One without the other results in poor results. You need a good formula for obvious reasons, and you need good flavors to make sure people continue taking the formula, leading to lasting results – and results are everything.
