Without a doubt, the posts and videos that get the biggest feedback (backlash?) occur when we cover Rich Piana and his supplement company 5% Nutrition. No matter what the product is, the responses and YouTube comments we get to those entries are simply astounding.
Earlier this year, we introduced Rich Piana’s 5% Nutrition Meal Plans, where we later covered 5% Nutrition’s Bodybuilding Lifestyle Meal Plan as well as the Keto Lifestyle Meal Plan. In each of those posts, we detailed all of the meals and provided feedback on how each of them tasted.
Well good news!!!
Rich & 5% have further expanded their meal delivery service to now include a Contest Prep Meal Plan to help you get absolutely shredded for when you’re about to step on the big stage!
5% Nutrition’s Contest Prep Meal plan allows you to still enjoy flavorful foods, yet still keep your macros in line so you’re looking your best on the big day.
You can read more about it down below, but first take a moment to see the meal plan prices and sign up for 5% Nutrition price drop alerts from PricePlow:

Our older Bodybuilding Lifestyle Meal Plan Review
Before we get to the Contest Prep Meals, here’s our review of 5% Nutrition’s Bodybuilding Lifestyle Meal Plan:
Disclaimer: Customization is available!
Before we get to the Contest Prep meals themselves, we should mention that you can now customize from ALL plans. So you can mix and match from the Bodybuilding Lifestyle, Keto Diet, and the Contest Prep meal plans to construct the ultimate diet.
On top of that, you can now also add breakfast options, so you can really change things up as needed!
Contest Prep Meals and Macros
In total, you get eight different meals to choose from including a wide variety of foods: it’s not just different variations on bland baked chicken and broccoli either!
Just like we saw with each meal in the Bodybuilding Meal Plan and Keto Meal Plan, each Contest Prep meal contains the full macro breakdown. This ensures you have strict control over exactly how many macros you’re consuming in your quest to get absolutely shredded.
Note: Our team hasn’t had the opportunity to sample any of these meals yet, so there won’t be any commentary or explanation about each specific meal. But we’ll still feature pictures of what the meals will look like, so you can get an accurate idea of what you’re getting in each one.
