Ignit3 Ingredients

Ignit3 is loaded to the gills with a mixture of stims and various other extracts that will no doubt get your fat-burning engine revving. The label is transparently dosed, except for the Adrenergic Enhancing Trifecta.

One other thing to note is that the doses listed below are based on one complete, daily serving which is 5 capsules. Dosing instructions will be following the ingredient breakdown.

Now, onto the fun…

  • AMPlified Fat Incinerating Matrix

    • St. John’s Wort Extract (900mg)

      Olympus Labs Ignit3 Ingredients

Ignit3 provides a comprehensive profile to attack fat on ALL fronts. It’s not just a mish-mash of stims to crack you out!

St. John’s Wort is an herb that has been widely used in traditional medicines for over 400 years due to its medicinal qualities. Typically, the herb is used to fight symptoms of anxiety, depression and fatigue.[1,2,3]

Sure, dieting can make you feel down, but that’s not why St. John’s Wort is included in Ignit3. The herb is also a potent inhibitor of adipogenesis, the process by which preadipocytes become mature adipocytes (fat cells), or insulin-sensitive cells.[4] More adipocytes increases white adipose tissue (WAT) to expand, which leads to obesity. St. John’s Wort helps keep WAT and fat gain in check by targeting the source of both….immature fat cells.

      What’s in it though?

Olympus Labs is extracting specifically for Hypericin. This compound specifically inhibit protein kinase C, one of a family of protein kinase enzymes involved in controlling the function of other proteins. Additionally, it also positively effects several neurotransmitters in the brain that can combat effects of depression.[28]

    • Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Leaf Extract (450mg)

Also known as Southern Ginseng, Gynostemma Pentaphyllum is another herb with a long history of use in Asian medicine, particularly for treating type 2 diabetes and inflammation.

Unlike the previous ingredient that inhibits fat cell proliferation, this herb stimulates fat oxidation and glucose uptake by activating AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK).[5,6]

One thing to note is that this ingredient can reduce blood glucose levels.[27] In order to prevent going hypoglycemic and feeling a little light-headed, it’s probably best to take this with food.

    • Caffeine (300mg)

Virtually every fat burner on the market includes a sizeable dose of caffeine and Ignit3 is no different. Caffeine is great for enhancing focus, energy, and alertness.

It’s also a great cohort included in fat burners as it can increase energy expenditure and lipolysis.[7,8] Caffeine is also great for oxidizing fatty acids.[9] Too often, other weight loss products include ridiculous amounts of caffeine thinking that simply more of the drug will lead to greater fat loss.

OL includes just enough to take advantage of the lipolytic effects of caffeine without sending you into overdrive or setting you up for a nasty crash later on.

  • Adrenergic Enhancing Trifecta (243.5mg)

    Olympus Labs New Products

Ignit3 is the first of four new supplements from Olympus Labs. Stay tuned to PricePlow for a complete walkthrough of the remaining three.

This blend right here, is the magic to Ignit3’s energy and mood elevating effects and it’s also what separates Ignit3 from every other fat burner on the market.

    • Eria Jarensis Extract

Eria Jarensis is one of the newest and hottest stimulants on the market. It’s included in a few other products, but this is a first for OL. Eria Jarensis contains a number of PEA-based ingredients: N-methyl-PEA, N,N-dimethyl-PEA, and the most important of all N-phenethyl dimethylamine.[10]

This ingredient is known to give a decidedly “euphoric” feeling to users that lasts longer than regular PEA typically does (about 5-10 minutes. More research is still to come on this ingredient, but based off user feedback it feels great and gives loads of energy.

    • J. Regia Extract

Juglans regia (J. regia), is another of the latest cutting-edge stimulants taking the market by storm. It’s also found in Olympus Labs’ monster pre workout Conqu3r Unleashed.

J.Regia is a species of walnut tree primarily found in Southwest China and the Himalayas. It’s believed that OL is extracting for 2-amino-5-methylheptane (not 2-amino-6). 2-amino-5 is supposedly more expensive and stronger so it needs less to bring endless energy and tunnel-vision focus.

2-amino-5-methylheptane is one of many aliphatic amines[24], DMAA being another, that instills a distinct mood-enhancing effect like few other compounds in dietary supplements can.

Aside from energy and mood enhancement, J. Regia also has been investigated as an agent for treating diabetes as well as lowering cholesterol and lipid levels.[25,26]

    • Rauwolfia Serpentina (90% Rauwolscine)

      Ally Van Schaik Abs

You can get a ripped 6-pack just like OL Athlete Ally Van Schaik when adding Ignit3 to a strict diet and training routine.

Rauwolfia Serpentina is a potent source of rauwolscine, also referred to as alpha-yohimbine. Alpha-Y is another powerful stimulant that’s usually best used in smaller doses due to its potency.

Alpha-Yohimbine is a strong alpha-2 antagonist that helps prevent fat storage in the body.[11,12]

  • Brown Fat + Thyroid Modulation + Total PPAR Domination

    • Olive Leaf Extract (400mg)

Olive leaf extracts are being used more and more in fat burners as of late. Most likely this is due to its high oleuropein content which has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity as well as offer protection against LDL cholesterol oxidation.[13]

Olive leaf extracts are also known to be potent boosters of thyroid hormone. Research demonstrates that even minimal doses of olive leaf extract have increased thyroid levels, which leads to increased energy expenditure and help combat obesity, diabetes and metabolic disorders.[14]

    • Aframomum Melegueta P.E. (240mg)

      Olympus Labs Zeus

Struggling to reach demigod status? Let OL and their line of high-quality supplements get you there faster.

Aframomum Melegueta, more commonly known as Grains of Paradise, is a member of the ginger family. Grains of Paradise stimulates brown adipose tissue (BAT), the second type of fat tissue found in the body. BAT is responsible for controlling diet-induced thermogenesis (thermic effect of food), and when activated, increases energy expenditure.[15]

Increasing the body’s energy expenditure leads to more calories burned each day, resulting in a significant, and visible, reduction in visceral fat and overall weight loss.[16] By the way, visceral fat is the type of fat that surrounds your internal organs as well as the kind known to give men the “bulging belly.”

    • Haematococcus Pluvialis Extract (240mg)

Haematococcus Pluvialis is a type of freshwater green algae known to contain high levels of astaxanthin. Those of you not familiar with this astaxanthin, it’s a potent antioxidant known to significantly impact fat loss.[17,18]

Clinical trials involving astaxanthin show it has positive effects on fasting blood glucose level, homeostasis index of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), and insulin sensitivity.[17,18] There’s more though.

Astaxanthin also significantly improves adiponectin levels (a protein involved in blood glucose levels), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, as well as reduce plasma levels of triglycerides and the size of white fat cells!

Basically, this is an ingredient you want and NEED in an effective fat burner!

    • Sesamol (200mg)

      Olympus Labs Focus

The combination of caffeine, Eria Jarensis, and J. Regia will provide a sense of focus rarely seen in any other fat burner on the market.

Sesamol is a phenol derivative of sesame oil that activates PPAR-α and PPAR-γ, two of the Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors in the body involved in regulation of energy balance and triglyceride levels.[19,20]

Animal studies involving sesamol found it improved symptoms of insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia, hyperglycemia, and dyslipidemia. Sesamol has also been shown to normalize of levels of adiponectin, nitric oxide and arterial pressures in a dose-dependent fashion.

    • Ginger Root Extract (40mg)

Most know ginger as a pungent spice used in Asian cooking and the occasional baked treat. Aside from being loaded with flavor, it’s also packed with a collection of substances known as gingerols. Of these, 6-gingerol is the important one in terms of fat burning.

6-gingerol can activate the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor δ (PPARδ), which can improve weight loss by increasing energy expenditure and the “browning” of white fat.[21,22,23]

Results from the trials showed decreased glucose levels, body weight, leptin, insulin, and lipids compared to the control. In laymen’s terms, supplementing with 6-gingerol is effective for treating weight gain, obesity, and the troublesome conditions associated with it.

Wow, another crazy innovative product from Olympus Labs. They’re basically unstoppable lately!

To assess tolerance start by consuming 2-3 capsules 15-30 minutes prior to breakfast. An additional 2-3 capsules may be added 5-6 hours later. One serving is equal to 5 capsules.

Fat burners are one of those categories that are filled with more junk than truly effective formulas. Ignit3, however, is one of the few shining exceptions that truly stand apart from all the pretenders on the market.

This really isn’t a surprise. Olympus Labs makes nothing but top quality products and Ignit3 is just the latest hit from a company that never fails to deliver on quality. With summer just around the corner, it’s time to end the bulk and embrace the cut! Ignit3 will accelerate that process and have you lean and mean come beach time!
