How to Get a Wider Back: Technique Variations from Jed Hodge

We have another great video from Jed Hodge over at Hodge Fitness. Jed is in week three of his bodybuilding contest prep, and has a massive back, training it twice a week.

Jed has some interesting variations on his back exercises, including a small twist in his pulldowns, keeping his elbows in and not working it as a row. This works his back, not his shoulders, as many of us make the mistake of doing on back day.

Jed’s Current Supplement Stack

Jed is using quite the USPlabs-based stack right now: Versa-1, Jack3d Micro, and lots and lots of Modern BCAA.

When it comes time to cut down, he’ll add Recreate to the mix, which has done well for him. He can likely keep the Jack3d Micro in the mix, and use Recreate on the other half of the day, as Jack3d Micro has a great thermogenic blend with its higher dosage of caffeine and Norcoclaurine HCl (higenamine).*

More great videos to come from Jed. If you need a man in Oahu, HI to train you, here’s his personal trainer profile.

* USPLabs does NOT recommend mixing any of its stimulant-based products together. This is especially true for Jack3d, Jack3d Micro, and OxyELITE Pro. Recreate has less than half the caffeine – around 50mg per capsule. Speak to your doctor before trying any new diet or supplement program.
